Post Thanksgiving

Sceadua had the best week this week.

She actually did two bosses in Vault of Archavon - would have tried for three but the raid leader/loot master dc'ed so that kind of ended things.

She did For The Alliance and got her new bear mount.

She got to do Sunwell - that was wild. Not particularly difficult with the group running it, but it was cool to finally see the ending.

Immediately after that, she joined a Blackwing Lair. This group was a bit undisciplined compared to the Sunwell group and just like a previous group Ency was in had people attempt to wipe the raid by pulling two many mobs in the room leading to Firemaw. That should be easy but when everyone gets spread out after the suppression rooms and a good portion of the raid is dead is not the time to do something stupid. But based on Ency's experience, she knew what to do: Run. She had Warlocks chasing her and opening portals to bring in Dragonkin to join the fight. Eventually, though, she managed to outdistance them and then, having had a chance to restore some mana, bring the fight back to them. It was still touch and go but fortunately some others came back and help me finish the Warlocks off. For the rest of the instance, she did off-healing as much as DPS.

Then yesterday she became an Exalted Champion of Stormwind and picked up a Spectral Kris during a ToC run with Questionr. All in all, a pretty good week.

One other note...

Exemel, my lvl19 Shaman, got to run Deadmines and Shadowfang Keep with Roszrig, Naco, and Qyandri. That was loads of fun and most of us got a really nice blue cloaks out of it. And Ex is now lvl21 with a number of Bloodmyst quests remaining.
